Returns and Refunds
- Contact Customer Service: Before initiating a refund, you must contact Customer Service.
- Return Product: To receive a full refund, the product must be returned in the condition it was received.
- 60-Day Limit: Refunds are available only within 60 days from the purchase date.
- Medical Conditions: No refunds for those with medical conditions, pregnant, or who may become pregnant within 60 days. Consult a physician before ordering.
- Restocking Fee: An $8.95 restocking fee per item applies if the product is returned unopened and in good condition.
- Opened Products: No refunds for opened or partially used products due to their personal care nature.
- Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 30 days after the product is received back and will be issued to the original payment method.
Cancellations
- Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled at any time before shipping without any fees.
- After Shipping: If the product has already been shipped, follow the Return and Refund procedures to potentially get a refund, subject to the terms mentioned.
